Do I need an account to check out?

No, you can check out as a guest. Just enter your address and payment info. Creating an account is optional — only if you want faster checkout next time.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

You cannot change your order (add or remove items) after it is placed.

Once submitted, your order is immediately sent to our fulfillment centers for fast processing, so no changes can be made.

If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support01@shopskt.com. We will check if cancellation is still possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.

All payments are securely processed and encrypted. We do not store your payment information.

Why is my payment being declined?

Why haven’t I received a tracking update for days?

  • The package is in transit but hasn't been scanned yet

  • It has arrived at a local sort center waiting for the next scan

  • Delays can happen with international shipping

Can I return my order, and who pays for return shipping?

Yes. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date

  • Condition: Unused, original packaging, all accessories included

  • Return shipping: Paid by the customer (for non-quality issues)

  • Restocking fee: 10% will be deducted from your refund

  • Refund time: Within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

To get your items to you faster, we may ship from different warehouses. If your order is split, you will receive multiple tracking links.

All packages usually arrive around the same time, but possibly not on the same day.
